Defending champions KL Hockey Club eased
into the final of the TNB Cup when they trashed Sapura 8-0 in the
second leg semi finals at the National Hockey Stadium in Bukit Jalil.
The win completed a 11-1 aggregate win
and in the final KLHC will take on Tenaga Nasional Berhad who had
defeated Maybank in the other semis played earlier in the day.
This will be the third consecutive final
between KLHC and TNB, with KLHC winning the last two with a 3-2 and 3-0
scoreline. And KLHC will be out to complete a double, their third on
the trot as well, having bagged the league title last month.
